Day #305-313

Hey there! So, firstly I'm going to come out and say it. This will be the last post on this blog. Back at uni, I can't keep it going for much longer. Never fear though! I aim to use my Flickr much more, link below:

I love doing project 365s but actually, it's been pretty tricky balancing it around everyday life. I really appreciate all of your views and time.

The photos between these days were taken on mine and Bex's first holiday away together, to the North side of the island of Crete. The weather was perfect every day, hot sun and no rain. Myself and Bex smashed two books out, power reading. We went snorkelling, on a jeep safari, are out in some amazing restaurants and had a fair few cocktails too!

Back to the present and tomorrow I have my sports fair, the event whereby the aim is to recruit as many people into Korfball as possible. I've put together a sweet slideshow, bought a crazy amount of sweets to entice people and I'm ready. It'll be a great day and I think numbers will be high!

Thanks again, you've been great!

Until whenever

William :-)

Day #304

Hey there! I'm not sure whether I'm getting a little ill or whether my body has changed slightly but I'm feeling cold. These past couple of days, I've lived under duvets, blankets and the overwhelming feeling of chilliness. As a result of this grey feeling, have some equally grey photos.

My day, on the flip side of this, has been wicked! A late wake up, as is pretty much habit for me now, followed by a morning of relaxing (from what? I'm not sure). This evening has been spent at my nan and grandad's, enjoying a roast which is always great and is one of the few reasons why I am looking forward to the colder weather - justified roasts.

I don't do black and white too often at all but I thought I'd throw it out there today.

Until tomorrow

Will :-)

Day #303

Hey there! Today I sorted out my holiday money, chilled out and slept. For the evening, I kicked back, watched England in the Euro qualifiers against San Marino, it ended up 6-0 to England which is a great score until you realise that 90% of the San Marino players have full time jobs separate to the football, furthermore, one of the players couldn't play today because he couldn't get time off work at a bar.

Until tomorrow

Day #302

Hey there! Really not a lot to report today. Apologies I've been pretty low on details and actual substance but these past couple of days I've just wanted to be indoors, in the warm, watching TV, playing Xbox and taking it very easy. Not very interesting I know. Tonight whilst Becca and my mum have been out and about living it up (two separate nights out), my dad and I have been watching a documentary on Queen, one of the most extraordinary bands in history. It's been so chilled out. I also picked up some shorts in the Topman sale for £2.50 - What a steal!

Until tomorrow

Day #301

Hey there! Today was pretty cool, I met up with a friend I haven't seen for over a year, Katie. It was so nice catching up on all the things that's happened to us and things like that. Not much else happened for the rest of the day, I got under a blanket in front of the TV and didn't leave until dinner time, it was nice to just lay there.

For lunch I hear you ask? I made this amazing sandwich that you see pictured above. Mustard, mayonnaise, chicken and lettuce. Perfect.

Until tomorrow

Will :-)

Day #300

Hey there! What a great day. Today my friend from school, Ben came over which was nice, we played Xbox all day and tennis in the evening which was good because I haven't done any proper exercise for about 3 months. Oh well, back to Korfball soon. But tonight I've become so frustrated. Frustrated because right now, people escaping persecution and war zones are dying in our oceans. David Cameron, our "leader" is saying that to let them in won't solve the problem and vile racists like Britain First are spewing bile about how Brotain is full. Some of the comments have been horrific and I want to do something meaningful to affect change. For now I don't know what but it makes me so angry that people feel they are the only ones entitled to freedom and safety. Basic rights.

Until tomorrow

Day #299

Hey there! Today I had a shift with Heart, probably one of my last before jetting off to firstly Greece and secondly Aberystwyth. Finally, after the 2 months I've been with Heart, I was given the opertunity to drive one of the cars. It was a fairly simple shift of delivering ice creams to different offices around Kent.

We headed to Maidstone, Bromley and Canterbury. I loved driving the Heart cars, or as they are called by muggles, Ford Galaxies. Today's photo is a shot of the inside of one of them. Featuring our cool box and my bag.

Until tomorrow
