Happy Sunday! I have just had the most amazing 36 hours ever! Literally I could not have asked for a better birthday! The presents were so perfect and then the rest of the day organised by my girlfriend and flatmates. I told you yesterday about what was happening in the daytime, which was so much fun, so cute, well after this my flatmates decorated the kitchen/lounge area with pictures of me everywhere and more decorations than a VE day party. I got some lovely cards with some beautiful messages inside from people at the party and everyone got quite drunk and quite happy. We then headed into town, at this point I thought the birthday part of my night had ended. A little bit of a back story here - We normally go to a place called 'The Mill Inn', where drinks are super cheap, but instead, we headed to 'The academy', one of the nicest bars that Aberystwyth has to offer. I was a little bit annoyed at this as we were in the taxi, this rescheduling of the regular route was on top of the fact that the rest of the party had gone into town before myself and my girlfriend. As we headed inside, my girlfriend pointed to the roped off staircase leading to upstairs and said "Come on upstairs", I replied that we weren't allowed up there because it's roped off, "It's roped off for you," before I could even throw anything back our friend Lucie said to come upstairs for my private party. My girlriend had hired a whole floor for an after party.
